No! Once we arrive at your home or venue of choice, we park the bus in your driveway or designated parking area. The safety of the children is most important. We place parking cones in the rear and front of the bus.  **WE DO NOT TRANSPORT CHILDREN** 

The BYou Mobile Bus can accommodate up to 12 girls or boys at one time and the BYou VIP Gaming room can accommodate 12 boys or girls at one time. Both areas accommodate boys and girls.

We have a No Refund policy. We do understand the unexpected can happen, if you need to reschedule, please do so 5 days prior to your event date. If you need to reschedule within the 5 days, we'll do our best to accommodate your next date.

Short answer, Yes! We would love to travel to each city for free, but we just can't. BYou Mobile Spa and Game Bus is based out of the 21046 zip code. Events booked outside of a 5 mile radius will be charged $3.50 per mile.

Due to the limited amount of space on the bus, we ask that you Do Not stay on the bus, but frequent check-ins are encouraged. We have (2) 50" TVs on the outside to join in on the fun. Sit back and relax, while our trained team pamper your little one with our royal treatment.

If a guest arrives late, they're able to join in at the point of the party's progression when they arrive.

To respect and honor events starting on time, BYou mobile bus must keep a strict schedule. All parties are to begin and end on schedule.

Due to our luxurious quality of spa/game bus and our commitment to the cleanest, no food/drinks will be allowed on the bus. 

In the event a child is hurt or injured on BYou Mobile Spa & Game Bus, Posh Girlz Palace Spa & Boutique, LLC will not be held responsible. We ask that you assist children on and off the bus. And, to make frequent drop-ins as services are being provided.  

We strongly prefer NOT to park in driveways unless absolutely necessary and it's a very long, wide, and flat surface. You are responsible for securing parking space and getting a parking permit. (If needed)

We require at least 40" of leveled space for parking (about 3 car length) plus some room to pull in and out. We prefer to park directly in front of most homes, but we ask that you check with your neighbor for extra space. If your street is narrow and/or will not have the room to turn around please inform us beforehand. 

BYou Spa and Game bus is fully enclosed, insulated, and in a climate-controlled environment. Rain is never an issue unless we face heavy wind or lightning. If we're expecting heavy snow or severe storms that may threaten the safety of driver and staff or guests, we hold the right to reschedule your event at a later time. We do our best to fit you in the next available slot that fits you and us.

A $250.00 non-refundable deposit must be paid to secure your party/event date and time. You will receive a final invoice via email with the remaining balance, which is due 7 days prior to the party/event date. The balance will also reflect (traveling fees) A PARTY ISN'T COMPLETELY BOOKED UNTIL PAID IN FULL.

Remaining balance must be paid via (Zelle-410-390-1609), (Venmo 410-390-1609) or (CashApp- $Poshgirlz12) 

** A gentle reminder will be sent out via email to make final payment, if payment hasn't been made within the (7) days a rush fee of $50.00 will be added ** 

Please understand if you decide to inquire and pay at a later date, and payment isn't paid upon the requested date, your event is at risk of being rescheduled.

To properly prepare for events the final PAYMENT MUST BE PAID IN FULL, 7 DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT DATE. 

VERY IMPORTANT! Please have nail polish removed from hands and feet to save valuable party time. There will be a $5 fee per child to remove old polish. Also, please encourage all guest to arrive on time and use the restroom prior to the start time of the event to have the full BYou experience. 

You have the option to add additional guests to your event when booking your package for an additional fee per person. In addition, you have the option to add additional guests before making your final payment 7 days before your scheduled event. In the event you need to add a guest at the last minute please give us a call to confirm availability.

BYou Parties/Events are approximately 1 1/2 to 3 hours long depending on your select party package & the number of guests for the event. We require 30 minutes to set up before each party and approximately 15 minutes to clean-up after the party. Our parties operate according to set times; therefore, all parties must start on time (weather permitting). Under no circumstances will we be able to wait for latecomers.

Before and after each party the bus is deep cleaned and sanitized. 

Each child must wash or sanitize hands  upon entry.

If you, your child, or any party guest is sick, we ask that they wait inside the home or venue. (Due to the close contact - ALL kids must be healthy and well.)
